The Firm, through its Managing Director, has been involved in successfully completing two very prominent real estate transactions in the British Virgin Islands. These transactions done in conjunction with Sun Resorts Limited and BVI Investment Club, involve the purchase of Virgin Gorda Yacht Harbour and Village Cay Marina, two premiere properties in the British Virgin Islands.
The Firm’s involvement included negotiating with the principals of the former proprietors for the purchase of the properties, due diligence, assisting in the management of transitional issues, planning and redevelopment of the property and the provision of legal services associated with ongoing development of the property.
