The Company is a member of the MWM Global Holdings Group. The Group began in the British Virgin Islands in 1994 as a member of Coopers & Lybrand under a co-operative arrangement among the then Coopers Lybrand Eastern Caribbean, Abacus Channel Islands and STG Coopers & Lybrand.  The Group provided a complete range of corporate and trust services to international and local clients.

In 1988, Coopers & Lybrand merged with Pricewaterhouse to form PricewaterhouseCoopers.  As part of the merger, the Group became a network firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers. On July 1st, 2002 as part of the general re-structuring taking place, the Group became independent of PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Following its separation from PricewaterhouseCoopers, the Group has evolved into a broad based practice cover areas of corporate services, trust and company management, audit and accounting, insolvency, investment management and real estate.  The Group is also affiliated with a law firm that advises on its day-to-day operations.
